QUESTION POSED ON: 16 July 2007
I have 15 years of domain experience in sales and want to become an SAP SD/CRM consultant. I was trained on both SD and CRM and found that companies are looking for consultants with a minimum of 2 years life cycle experience. What is the best possible way to get a job without hands-on experience in SAP?

EXPERT RESPONSE
You have to emphasis your relevant domain experience in the resume. Also, complete a couple of dummy projects in the selected module. You may offer your services for 30 days risk free to a client. I think the client may be willing to continue on the project as a billable resource once you prove your abilities within the 30 day period.
