I think your experience is a good fit to become a service functional consultant in the CG or High Tech Industry vertical. You have to receive training in the fundamentals of SAP ERP and extensive training in the SAP CRM service module. You may have to devote at least 6 months (full time) to become a successful SAP CRM service consultant.
