QUESTION POSED ON: 14 June 2007
I am working as an IT solution consultant and would like to modify my career so that I am able to also be an SAP CRM consultant. I have a fair amount of project management, after-sales solution implementation and midmarket CRM hands-on experience.

To what extent should I pursue an SAP CRM certification so that I may become a full fledged CRM consultant?

EXPERT RESPONSE
SAP CRM has a steep learning curve. Getting the certificate is the first step. I advise you to work on at least one project as an associated consultant to give you the experience needed.
