Do you have some kind of presentation or comparison chart of SAP CRM 4.0 vs. SAP CRM 5.0? I need some kind of solid info to justify to the business why we should go for CRM 5.0.

EXPERT RESPONSE
The best way is to check the release notes to find out the functionality enhancements from CRM 4.0 to CRM 5.0. You can find such information on SAP service portal services.sap.com you needed an S id to login to the SAP Portal.
