What are the prerequisites to have before taking up a career in SAP BI?

EXPERT RESPONSE
One should have a very good understanding of data warehousing concepts as it is very important for pursuing a career in SAP BI. Also, it helps if the person has very good business knowledge on various application areas and experience in the ABAP language.
