QUESTION POSED ON: 04 June 2006
We are currently upgrading from SRM 2.0 to SRM 5.0 server. We are running initial download for MATERIAL. When we check the monitor after execution it turns to green with zero blocks plus checkmarks in column P. Can you advise where can we trace the cause?

>
EXPERT RESPONSE
The Download monitor in <R3AM1> shows 0 blocks if nothing gets transferred. There could be multiple reasons for this including the factor that your filters (if any) did not result in any records to be downloaded. Are u restricting the MATERIALS in <R3AC1> that you'd like to download from SAP R/3 into SRM? If so, please check the filters again -- sometimes you need to synch the filter settings with the backend OLTP.

For more information, please review OSS Note 519794.
