How do I send a work item to Outlook, have the approval/reject done in Outlook, and then send it back to SAP for an update?

EXPERT RESPONSE
The only product that I am aware of that allows you to approve an SAP work item directly from e-mail is Desktop Workplace (http://www.desktopworkplace.com).
