There are many answers to this question depending on your intent. One method would involve using role security that limits the ability for someone to access the InfoArea that your cube is found under.
You could also take it one step further and limit data values within the InfoProvider itself. You can assign hierarchy nodes, or individual characteristic values against a user ID such that when a query is executed it filters results to only include, say, that person's cost center data.
