1. Can you tell me the steps for sequencing infotypes in HR master data?

2. If I want to make an org unit, where can I go and what are the steps for that?

EXPERT RESPONSE
By sequencing I assume that you mean an action. This is done via the IMG path:

Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Customizing Procedures->Actions

To create an org unit, you can use transaction PP02 or a variety of other transactions, such as PP03 if an action is set up for it.
