What are the hardware and software requirements for R/3 4.0B?

EXPERT RESPONSE
The main hardware and software requirements for making sure R/3 4.0B runs in an optimal manner is to upgrade to mySAP ERP. If you're still running 4.0B and wondering about hardware and software requirements, then you're wondering about the wrong problem.

If you don't like the idea (or cost, or effort) of upgrading, then think about outsourcing some of the functionality that you're running on your 4.0B system to an outsourcer who will either maintain your old system for you or run in a new, upgraded environment. Either way, it's time to move on.
