QUESTION POSED ON: 02 February 2005
We have current SAP Systems running on Alpha Servers (ES40 and DS20e) running on TRU 64 Unix. We have SAP 4.6C running over them. We are now planning to upgrade our SAP 4.6C to NW-04 and SAP ECC 500 a component of mySAP ERP 2004.
I have downloaded the PAM for NW-04 which says that it is supported on Tru 64 5.1B. My confusion is whether the support of ERP Central component is also supported on Tru 64 5.1B. I need a definite answer on the upgrade support from SAP 4.6C to SAP ECC 500 on Tru 64 5.1B so that we can start our upgrade planning phase.

SAP NW-04 runs SAP Basis 6.40. You should have a look at the "Released Operating Systems SAP Kernel 6.x / database" OSS Notes (OSS NOTE 407314 for Oracle).
If SAP Basis 6.40 is supported on TRU 64 Unix, then mySAP ERP will be supported as well (it runs on top of SAP BASIS 6.40).
