QUESTION POSED ON: 17 January 2005
If you're certified for OS/DB migration, are you allowed to perform an OS/DB migration for BW and/or SCM?

Yes, you are. The migration tools for BW are generally available as of BW version 3.1 and higher. SCM migrations are still considered 'pilot' projects. SAP will provide the tools and the documentation on request only. The procedure is explained in detail at http://service.sap.com/osdbmigration.
