How can I create a number of users, say 1000, with the all same authorizations? I'm looking for an easy way, not manually copying master user authorizations.

There are different techniques you can use to do this and some of these
techniques depend on the R/3 version you're running. However, the most common way is through a CATT (transaction SCAT).
This link http://www.sap-img.com/sap-catt.htm should take you to a guideline
on how to create your first CATT.
You will need to a tab-delimited file or a spreadsheet with all the user
names you want to create, of course.
But, once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to save a lot of precious
time.
