I have had quite a bit of experience with the SAP HR Organization Structure as used in Workflow. In your experience, have you found that companies have one HR Org which is used for both Workflow and other HR uses or did you find that they usually maintain HR Org Structure specific for the purpose of Agent Resolution in Workflow?

No bias here. Out of three massive implementations and 2 smaller ones I have seen it done both ways and equal number of times and workflow was not implemented on the other. The obvious downside to separate structures is the extra maintenance. I am far from a workflow expert but if I had to pick one way or the other, I would keep the workflow information in the active plan version simply because I cannot think of a downside that outweighs the extra maintenance.
