Since this is a remote user and he's printing at his
home printer, I would define FrontEnd printing on the SAP server so
that he can print to "LOCL". This way, you don't have to worry about
the device type definition and the printing format, etc.
FrontEnd printing will invoke the SAPLPD.exe on his computer. This
is part of the SAPGUI or SAP FrontEnd software. He should have that
program already.
