QUESTION POSED ON: 01 August 2001

I need to download my programs. All are attached to the same transport. Is there a way to download a transport? Is there a way to download programs of one development class?

>

I'm afraid I don't understand your question very well. But, let me try. You can package your programs (ABAP reports) into a transport and then release the transport. Once the transport is released your transport domain controller has two files: data and cofile. Later, you can import this transport into another system so your programs become available there, too.

Yes, you can download programs from a specific development class via transaction SE80. Run SE80, open the Programs folder, select the programs you want and then click on the Transport icon or press Shift+F6.
