ONE Support is designed to make it easier for companies to move to the cloud at their own pace and manage hybrid cloud environments. When it was first launched, ONE Support focused on integrating event-management processes. However, SAP says it will continue to enhance ONE Support, adding application lifecycle management (ALM) features for monitoring application performance and other concerns across the totality of a customer's SAP deployment.
