ASUG (Americas' SAP Users' Group)
ASUG (Americas' SAP Users' Group), founded in 1990, is the largest independent non-profit
organization worldwide for users of products from SAP, which supplies enterprise resource management systems to
the large enterprise. ASUG provides its members with educational and networking opportunities, and
a means of influencing the development of future SAP product releases. To this end, ASUG hosts
videoconferences, online discussion forums, Webcasts, group and hapter
meetings, a knowledge
repository, seminars, and an Annual Conference & Vendor Fair. The group has an established
framework, based on a tiered influence model, to allow all ASUG members a means of feedback and
input to the organization.
