When it comes to integrating mySAP CRM with other packages... How would you rate it? Easy/simple; quite some effort required; hard?

mySAP CRM 3.0 runs on Web Application Server (Basis Component). It supports Java and XML.
The Java environment is integrated into CRM Basis component, and Java and XML interface makes integration affordable.
