I have over four years of work experience in IT and ITES industries. Recently I have started my training in SAP CRM. Since I do not have any technical knowledge, will an SAP CRM career be a good fit for me?

I am sure your call center or other IT related services experience would become handy in understanding the SAP CRM better. I am not sure in which ITES area you worked. My advice is pick up a SAP CRM module that closely related to your current work experience. Go for certification after a successful training.
