When implementing PA, OM and PD, how do I default wage types with the fields grayed out?

We are implementing PA, OM and PD, but not TM and PY. I need to maintain IT0008 wherein WT will be defaulted with the fields marked gray (to avoid user entry). Is this possible? If so, how?

To default wage types, use feature LGMST to assign a wage type model and specify the default wage types in table T539A. These wage types will be defaulted (grayed out) in IT0008 and can not be removed. This will reduce data entry effort and errors.

However, if the objective is to prevent users from entering any wage types at all, we need to further restrict the wage type dropdown list. The list can be changed to only include the defaulted wage types permitted for the employees (Tables V_503_G, V_001P_K and V_511_B) so that the users can't select other wage types in the open fields. However, if the business requires the dropdown list to include both defaulted and non-defaulted wage types, there will be no standard controls or authorization objects to prevent users from entering the non-defaulted wage types in IT0008.
