Basically, one standard program (RPU51000) updates T510 by the specific payscale type / area / group and level by validity date. The rates in T510 are updated by percentage or flat amount.
The second program (RPITRF00) updates the employee's IT 8 record, increasing any directly valuated WTs, or if the IT 8 record is indirectly valuated according to T510, it creates a new IT record with the rate valuated from T510.
