Transferring custom table structures from one server to another

How can I transfer all the fields of a custom database table structure from one server to another server?
In transaction SE09, create a new transport request usable for transport copies. Insert objects manually in the transport request using the 'free selected objects list' option.

For example, to include table T000, use R3TR TABU T000. Double click on the table entry to entry the select field (comparable to select * from).

Please note that releasing a transport with a large table might take some time and disk space depending on the table size.
