Tracking clients in SAP CRM 4.0
I need to track all clients in the system registered in the last month to contact them and offer them new services.

Some clients may tell us to contact them in a specified date so we need to track this information as well as what they purchase. Is there some way to do this in SAP CRM 4.0?

You can search the customer database using "created by" date field range. Alternatively, you can also search customers created within 30 days.

You should use activity management to create activities with the category "customer call" with the date and time. You can integrate with outlook to update the calendar with the activities created.
