What documentation is available on the features and benefits of using the Customer Interaction Center (CIC)? In particular I am looking for screens and process flows for version 4.6c.

Go to http://help.sap.com → click SAP R/3 and R/3 Enterprise → click SAP R/3 4.6C in the left navigation pane → click Select Language English → click on Logistics → click on Customer Service → click on CS - Customer Interaction.

Alternately:

Go to http://help.sap.com → click on Advance Search → select radio button next to SAP R/3 and R/3 Enterprise → select release 4.6C.

Enter the process in the text area that you would like to have documentation and click on search button.
