an issue for my client. The Client has implemented a very limited version of the HR in order to create an organization structure for the sole purpose of WORKFLOWING AN INVOICE from one person to another. Now here is the problem: The client has also implemented the EBP (Purchasing Module) in order to process purchases they have copied the HR Organizational Structure over to the EBP Module. However, the two structures are continuously out of sync because organization changes in HR are not updated in the EBP module. Do you know of any tips, tricks or systems that will keep the two structures in sync at all times? Let me know what you think.
The only advice I may be able to give you here is to sync up the systems on a daily basis through a BDC session. You can continuously copy over the structures; however, I would be careful so it does not pull the EBP module out of sync.
