Should custom reports be done before or after integration testing?

We are wrapping up system configuration but still have a number of development tasks to complete including custom...

reports and forms. In your experience, when should the reports and forms be completed -- prior to beginning integration testing or later (i.e. tested separately after integration testing?)

Integration testing is an important step in a project, validating that the system is functioning properly and will deliver the required results. That being said, my preference would be to have reports and forms completed in time to be included as part of the integration testing. If you are facing time constraints you could assess the criticality of the reports and forms. If some of the reports will not be required immediately at system startup, then you may choose to complete and test these after integration testing. If the forms are required for day 1, I would want to include these in integration testing.
