A Business Object appears in the attachment simply by binding the object into the Work Item. When the Work Item appears in the Business Workplace, any Object that has been bound through into the Container of the Work Item will appear as attachments. The other approach is to bind through the Business Object into the _Adhoc_Objects container element of the Work Item.
