Restricting user access by cost center

Restricting user access by cost center

I need to restrict user access by cost center in SRM. If I assign a cost center to a position/user, is the account restricted to the value for this attribute only? If not, do you know how can I achieve this restriction?

Cost center based restriction can be attained by maintaining the cost center for the user/position within the organization structure. The user(s) should then only have access to the cost centers listed within the attribute KNT within the organization structure within their node.
