A remote user is dialed into the network, a new printer is being used at his home: HP K80XI. Everything prints good EXCEPT Landscape reports from SAP. The print looks tiny and unreadable. We are NOT using Frontend printing. What in very Basic terms should I start trying? I am not sure what SAPLPD is, or how to use it.

Hannah Smalltree, Editorial DirectorSince this is a remote user and he's printing at his home printer, I would define FrontEnd printing on the SAP server so that he can print to "LOCL". This way, you don't have to worry about the device type definition and the printing format, etc. FrontEnd printing will invoke the SAPLPD.exe on his computer. This is part of the SAPGUI or SAP FrontEnd software. He should have that program already. If you need further information please let me know. Also, if you reply please specify what version of R/3 you're using as some enhancements were made as of 4.6B.
