Recent college grad looking to break into SAP

I graduated a couple of years ago with a degree in information systems. I've been finding it difficult to break into the field because I have no experience. While in college I had a class that was an overview of the SAP and this included inputting data into the HR module. What do I need to do to get into SAP?
I make a point of answering questions from college graduates regularly, so make sure you go through the archives. One thing I always recommend with recent graduates is to, "go where the opportunities are." Don't worry so much about whether those opportunities are in SAP or not at this point. You also have the perfect background to be hired as a junior-level person for one of the larger consultancies.

I would recommend applying to larger firms and companies that have structured training to get you further into...

business software implementation. But, stay flexible on your exact package focus and role until you get further along. Good luck!
