In trnx XD01/02 I have enhancement SAPMF02D, but this enhancement is called before saving master data. Is there any other enhancement that can be called after saving master data?

No, there is not. This is the only exit in XD01/02 for customer checks prior to saving. There is, however, nothing to stop you from putting a call to a function module in UPDATE TASK, if you were looking for additional functionality during the save. This function module would be triggered on COMMIT WORK.
