Proper use of the "priority" field in Create Relationship

We have a situation where one position reports to two other positions. How does that impact Workflow? Can we use the "Priority" field in Create Relationship to resolve where the workflow should go for a particular responsibility?

Absolutely, that is precisely what the priority field can be used for.

In the Responsibility definition of your role you will notice there is a field called Priority. This corresponds to the Priority field in the 'Create Relationship' screen and is used when resolving the Agent(s).
