We have set up a Workflow that emails the SAP inbox when specific signoffs need to be completed.
Using SAP MAPI in conjuction with Microsoft Outlook 98 we allow our user to
pick up these emails requested signoffs and using SAP MAPI again we allow
the user to select an execute file which is sent with the email to
automatically open the correct screen in SAP for the signoff.

The problem is on exiting SAP it 90% of the time comes out fine and back into Outlook but 10% of the time hangs in the SAP screen. Could you suggest any solutions?
The error doesn't seam to be dependent on User ID etc. since we've tried a wide range of IDs on a single machine. And sometimes it works and other times it just doesn't.
The SAP MAPI interface is quite buggy. I would check OSS.
