Online SAP certification providers

I have just started as a Basis consultant with no SAP experience. I want to get certified. I came across a site called SAPdrill which provides training material. Is it safe to use, and will I be able to get certified after using the material?

I have no information about this site and whether it offers valid SAP training. The only sites that we have tested and believe to be safe are:

www.saptips.com

www.sapaccess.com is allegedly okay, although we have never verified it.

I cannot say anything about SAPdrill, as I am not familiar with it.
