New fonts added to SAP are replaced by old fonts in a print preview, why?

We have loaded new fonts into SAP. However, they don't appear during a print preview. A completely different font replaces the original. Why does this happen?

Here is what's wrong: You are missing the RTF font information.

Once a new font has been loaded into SAP, go into SE73 (SAPscript font maintenance). Select 'Font Families' then click on 'Change'. Select the relevant family and then 'RTF Font Information'. Here you will need to plug in font information that is buried deep, but there is a way to get to it. For details on how to do so, see SAP Note 130658.
