2 payroll areas with 2 different schemas for it. I foresee that there will be a problem when changing the payroll area and cause the retro. It will cause inconsistency. Should I combine it into one to avoid the inconsistency? Please advise!
It is typical payroll processing for employees to be processed differently and one schema should be designed to accommodate this. What you currently have is not best practice and should be changed. Retro will cause an issue for company transfers.
