Locating case types in CRM tables

In this expert tip, you'll discover methodology for locating case types in CRM tables.

I'm developing in the CRM module. I would like to know what tables are considered the main tables of the module and the relationship between them. I'm trying to find the tables with case types.
Run transaction SD11. Then enter CRM as modeling object. Click on the data model button, and you will see all the applications within CRM. You can select the object for which you want to view the data dictionary. Then click on the SAP graphic editor tool to view the model.
