What is the best way to load data extracted in files from an Oracle database into an SAP BI Database?
SAP BW provides standard tools to extract flat files into BW. There is a bit of development work which needs to be done before you can extract flat files in BW Cubes or ODSs. If the InfoCubes/ODSs are not created they need to be created first and then the datasource can be mapped to the flat file structure and then to the InfoSource. Last step would be to create the infopackage and schedule the flat file to load into the Cubes/ODs created.
