Linking an event with two transaction codes

I have a problem with my workflow. I created a user-defined event, so I have to link this event to transaction codes. I am linking by using SWEC and SWED, but my workflow is not triggering. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Is there any other way to connect other than two transaction codes?

The first thing you need to do is see if change documents are actually being created. SWEC and SWED transaction are used to trigger workflows when a change document is created in the system. If the change documents are not being created then you should check if the associated data elements have the change document flag checked. If they do not, then you may need to find another way to trigger your workflow.
Good luck.
