Learn to manage SQL Server administration from an SAP standpoint

I just started working as SAP Basis administrator with Windows and SQL Server (SAP R/3 Enterprise, Win 2003, SWL Server 2000). I was working on UNIX/Oracle before this. Can you recommend a book or CBT (step by step) where I can learn to manage SQL Server administration from an SAP standpoint?

Certainly. I recommend you check out SAP Database Administration with Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Also, my book, SAP Basis Administration for Windows, covers SAP on a Windows/SQL Server platform. My book is only available at my Web site: http://www.SAPadministration.com.
