We are working on mySAP CRM for a sales contract. We did a configuration to enable the follow up and copy functionality. Now we are able to follow up from an opportunity document to sales contract document which gives us option for selection of the required products.

But for the same type of document, follow up is not possible. However, it's enabling the copy functionality. If we want the product selection also, how can we do this?

The copy functionality is available as a standard functionality in SAP CRM for the same document type (transaction type.) There is no follow-up functionality between the same document types. The system completely copies the previous document into the new document.

You may have to delete the unwanted products from the new document. This works as good as making a selection of the products from a pop-up window with the option of a product selection there when a document is copied.
