Is there a generic SAP MetaData list?

Is there a generic SAP MetaData list out there? I'm looking for table name/defn's and column name/defn's for the tables in SAP. An ERD would also be nice. Where would I get this info?

To my knowledge, there is no such list - unless there is one locked away in the vaults of Walldorf! However, there are ways of find out in some of the functional areas.

In MM and LO configuration course manuals, there are diagrams of the tables and their relationships in specific areas. The LIS course notes contain such a diagram for Sales Orders and Billing. The tables dd02l and dd03l contain the data dictionary information on tables and fields. Logical database diagrams can also give hints on how the data is related.
