I would like to know the difference (in terms of pricing) between an "Internet User" and a "single full-license user". Maybe you can give me some information about SAP's policies for Internet users licenses.

The pricing of internet users / full license users is very much negotiable at this stage, so talk to your account manager! As a basic rule of thumb, I've heard a ten to one pricing differential, but ultimately it depends on exactly what your requirements are, what you intend to use the internet user accounts for, and how well you can negotiate with SAP.
