Interfacing CRM interaction center and HP Mercury Quality Center
We are looking for a connector or interface between the SAP/CRM interaction center (IC) service tickets and HP Mercury Quality Center. We want to escalate and track defects in software products found in the field. We also want to keep visibility, in SAP/CRM IC, of the progress of the defect status as it is updated in QC.

SAP Provides interface between HP Quality center and solution manager. SAP also markets the HP quality center product as SAP QC. I think SAP charges a fee.
