R/3 Equipments are downloaded as individual objects under an installed base. SAP CRM creates a shell installbase for each of the equipment downloaded from R/3. But all the sub-equipments are assigned to the header equipment.
Service order stays in CRM and only the internal order is created in R/3 controlling with reference to the CRM service order.
