We are thinking of installing mySAP.com with CRM, BW, APO etc. Can we install all mySAP components in one server? If so, what would be the minimum configuration of the server?

I don't think it's possible, nor do I think you want to do that. It would be a very much complicated environment and all applications would be competing for resources. Have you checked with an SAP partner to advise you about hardware requirements? I don't know how large your company is and how many users will be using the systems. I suggest you check the "QuickSizing" tool, talk to a hardware vendor who has experience building systems for SAP solutions and talk to SAP technical support.
