Installing Solution Manager on a mixed Windows/Unix platform

I'm planning to install Solution Manager 4.2 on a mixed platform. The application server runs off Windows and the database is on Unix. I could not find an installation manual. Any suggestions?

You need to use two installation manuals: the installation manual for Unix and the installation manual for Windows. With SAPINST, you will have to choose a distributed installation. You install the database instance on Unix, the Central Instance on Windows.
