It all depends on the scope ? can take from days to years. Like I said, Portal'ing is not a project but rather it is a process that never ends. Simply installing and working with BW or other relational data sources is not a big task (a week max). SAP customers can implement EP (with limited well defined scope) with in a month timeframe. Again, I insist it all depends on the portal implementation scope, available information or data sources, and the end user requirements. These organizational and analytical issues really consume more time than put technical EP pieces together.
