MySAP CRM supports a functionality called a BP relationship. Go to Transaction BUBA, then copy the relationship category BUR001 and change the relationship description to, "is a channel manager of," and "has channel manager," and save the changes.

Now you can set up a relationship between channel partners from R/3 and the channel managers created in the CRM system.
